New Associate Training Board

Pictured above is the New Associate Training Tracking Board.  If used correctly, this can be a very valuable
tool for following your new associates through the entire training process.  Remember, recent surveys
conducted by AII confirmed a majority of the new associates resign between weeks 4 and 6 because a
connection was not made between the new associate and the management staff.   By following this easy to
read board, it will ensure all steps of the training program are adhered to.  Each board comes with a set of
magnets that is to be used to track each associate through the entire phase.  It would be recommended to
have a manager in charge of the tracking board and to update it each and every week and  take it to your
weekly manager meetings.  The board is designed to facilitate 15 new associates.  Please email or phone
the Concord Training Department with any questions or concerns with your new board.
